ΑΓΓΕΛΙΚΗ ΔΕΚΟΥΛΑΚΟΥ
Η Αγγελική
Δεκουλάκου είναι ζωγράφος-φωτογράφος-designer. Γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα,
σπούδασε ζωγραφική και χαρακτική στην «Ανώτατη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών» Αθήνας (Τ. Πατρασκίδης,
Γ. Ψυχοπαίδης, Γ. Μήλιος, 1996-2001). Το 2000 φοίτησε στην σχολή του Δυτικού
Βερολίνου “HDK” με το πρόγραμμα “Erasmus Socrates Exchange” (ζωγραφική,
γλυπτική, φωτογραφία). Το 2002 παρακολούθησε σεμινάρια φωτογραφίας με τον
Πλάτωνα Ριβέλλη, στην Αθήνα και στην Σύρο. Από το 2003-2005, παρακολούθησε το
Μεταπτυχιακό Πρόγραμμα του “Pratt Institute” στη Νέα Υόρκη με εξειδίκευση πάνω
στον σχεδιασμό βιομηχανικών προϊόντων μαζικής παραγωγής (κόσμημα,
οξυγονοκόλληση, κεραμικά είδη για το τραπέζι, φωτιστικά, έπιπλο, εκθεσιακό
ντιζάιν, σχεδιασμός αυτοκινήτων). Από το 2005-2008 έζησε στις Η.Π.Α., όπου
συμμετείχε σε πολλές ομαδικές εκθέσεις ντιζάιν και κοσμήματος (Νέα Υόρκη).
Επίσης, έχει συμμετάσχει σε ομαδικές εικαστικές εκθέσεις στην Ελλάδα, όπως στην
«17η Φωτοσυγκυρία - Μυστήρια και θαύματα,
δυνητικές αποτυπώσεις» Θεσσαλονίκη (επιμ: Θ. Μουτσόπουλος, 2005), στην «1η Μπιενάλλε
Σαντορίνης» (2012) και στην «18η Άρτ Αθήνα» (2013) με την Αίθουσα Τέχνης «Έκφραση-Γιάννα Γραμματοπούλου». Ατομικές
εκθέσεις φωτογραφίας: «Χρωμογραφία Ι» Κέντρο Τέχνης «Αγγέλων Βήμα» Αθήνα
(2008), «Χρωμογραφία ΙΙ» Αίθουσα Τέχνης «Έκφραση-Γιάννα Γραμματοπούλου» Αθήνα
(2012), «Χρωμογραφία ΙΙΙ» Αίθουσα Τέχνης “The Image” Αθήνα (επιμ: Ηλίας Κοσίντας, 2017). Το 2009
επιμελήθηκε την αναδρομική έκθεση φωτογραφίας: «Ηλίας Δεκουλάκος, Φωτογραφίες
1960-1980» στην Αίθουσα Τέχνης «Νέες Μορφές» στην Αθήνα. Σήμερα με την εταιρεία
της “AD Art&Design” σχεδιάζει, κατασκευάζει και προωθεί κοσμήματα, ρούχα,
έπιπλα, πιάτα και άλλα βιομηχανικά χρηστικά προϊόντα, καθώς επίσης συμμετέχει
με τα σχέδιά της σε εμπορικές εκθέσεις στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Δουλεύει
επίσης με την φωτογραφία και άλλα «μίντια».

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
ANGELIKI DEKOULAKOU
Ms. Angeliki
Dekoulakou is a painter-photographer-designer. She was
born in Athens Greece, where she studied Fine Arts (painting and engraving) at
the “Athens School of Fine Arts” (professors: T.
Patraskidis, G. Psychopedis, G. Milios, 1996-2001). In
2000, with the “Erasmus Socrates Exchange” program she studied Fine Arts at the
“Hochschule der Künste –H.D.K.” in Berlin Germany (painting, sculpture, photography). In 2002 she followed
photography seminars at “Photography Circle” with Platon Rivellis, in Athens and at Syros island. From 2003-2005, she
studied Industrial Design at the Master Program in Industrial Design-M.I.D. graduate level at “Pratt Institute” in New York U.S.A., with specializations in product design
(jewellery, metal welding and forging, tabletop, lighting design, furniture,
exhibition design, transportation design). From 2002
until 2008, she lived and worked in U.S.A. and participated in many group jewellery and
industrial design exhibitions (New York City). She has
participated in numerous Fine Art and photography exhibitions in Greece, such
as: “17th Photosynkyria”
Thessaloniki (curator: Th. Moutsopoulos, 2005), “1st International
Biennale of Santorini” Greece (2012), “18th International Contemporary Art Fair
of Athens - Art Athina” with Art
Centre “Ekfrasi - G. Grammatopoulou” (2013).
One-man photography shows: “Chromography I” Art Centre “Angelon
Vima” Athens (2008), “Chromography II” Art Centre “Ekfrasi -G.
Grammatopoulou” Athens (2012), “Chromography III” Art Centre “The Image” Athens (curator: Elias Cosindas, 2017). Ιn 2009,
she was the curator of the one-man photography exhibition-retrospective: “Elias
Dekoulakos, Photographs 1960-1980” in “Nees Morfes Gallery” Athens. Nowadays,
with her company “AD Art&Design” she designs, produces and promotes
jewellery, fashion designs, furniture, plates and
other industrial design products; furthermore, with her designs, she
participates at commercial Expos in Greece and abroad. She also works with
photography and other “media”.
